Pest Expert Formula C+ Advanced is the new and improved formulation of our best-selling moth killer. Containing three powerful active ingredients, Formula C+ is a fast-acting food moth spray that can be applied to kitchen cupboards and alighting surfaces to kill food moths on contact. Pest Expert Formula 'C+' is a fast-acting food moth spray that kills food moths on contact and leaves behind an insecticidal residue that is effective for up to 12 weeks, offering long-lasting food moth control. 

Until December 2012, the full Pest Expert range was only available to the professional market; however, as Pest Expert Formula 'C+' is now available for amateur use, we have decided to substitute the previously sold Formula C with this fantastic product.

Formula 'C+' now contains three active ingredients: the first being pyriproxyfen, a ground-breaking insect growth regulator that halts the progression of the clothes moth’s life-cycle, from juvenile to adult, resulting in the moths not being able to reproduce therefore ensuring there is no increase in new moths numbers. The second is chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extract, a 100% natural pyrethrum, which when combined with the third active, Cypermethrin, has a synergistic effect which helps to deliver an even quicker knockdown, more powerful and longer-lasting residual to maintain ongoing control of all life stages of the moth.

Formula 'C+' is a water-based product that is both low-odour and solvent free, so it is safe to use in households with animals and/or young children as long as directions for use are followed and they are kept out of the treated area until surfaces are dry (approx 3 hours).
Formula 'C+' should not damage any items that would not be damaged by water, although we recommend it is used with caution on particularly delicate fabrics.

This 5 litre container will typically provide effective coverage to an area of around 250 square metres. Heavy food moth infestations may require a second treatment.

To carry out a food/kitchen moth treatment using Formula 'C+', remove contents of kitchen units and lightly spray inside. Also apply to any other areas, e.g. wall-ceiling junctions where larvae may be found. Allow 2-3 hours for surfaces to dry before re-stocking cupboards. Fresh produce should be stored in sealed containers to avoid contact with the insecticidal residue. Avoid cleaning treated areas for as long as possible to avoid removing this protective barrier. Not suitable for direct application to worktops or other food preparation surfaces.
